Back-up and/or access to history

Hello there!

With LangShop, we have translated many texts manually on our website, but one of our team member has accidentally clicked on "translate" (the automatic one...) => we lost all our manual translations.

Is there a way to recover a previous state?
For the future: is there a way to back up translations?

Hi Sebastien,

Thank you for writing to us!
If you are on the Standard/Advanced plan, you should be able to check the translation history and restore the translations for the following sections: products/collections/pages/blogs/blog posts.

Just to be clear : you don't offer translation history for "Themes" nor "in bulk" (like with .po files) ?

Hi Sebastien,

There is no technical possibility for both storing the translation history of the Theme translations and bringing them back in a bulk, to my regret.

Once the translations are are done you may export them to have a backup (Langshop>Translations>Themes>Storefront elements>More actions>Export).
