We'd like to inform you that the language that your email templates are sent into depends on your theme's language and any edits that you've made to the templates.
Please, keep in mind that the customers translate the email notifications within LangShop, but we can't affect which exact email will be sent to your customers.
We only translate notifications from our side, but the language assignment is managed by Shopify as they do assign a shop.locale tag to each customer and remember their preferred language.
So, it's recommended for customers to sign in into the language they'd like to get notifications and then check it in order to get notifications in their preferred language.
